MIKE 11 Hotfix 12-03-2008

Hotfix contains following corrections:

• Critical performance issue solved when calculating TDG (Total Dissolved Gas). An error in release 2008 (and release 2007) caused the simulation time to be significantly higher than previous releases.
• Crash in Steady state initial conditions calculation occasionally occuring in branches defined as negative flow direction
• Under specific hydraulic conditions, the AD-module caused a pollutant to be transported through a closed hydraulic structure (that is, when Q-structure = 0)
